Workshop Technician:

Due to our continued expansion we require professional, positive and focused workshop technician, preferably with main dealer experience, looking for an environment where quality and attention to detail is paramount. The candidate will help to drive the business forward and is eager to ensure the company succeeds, must be capable of a high throughput of work but with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.

After Sale Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising all the activities of the service centre. This position is the leader of customer service, in the service/repair section.
• Responsibilities include overseeing day to day workshop activities, planning process improvement and implementation to positively affect customer retention, customer satisfaction and workshop sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Customer relation experience, strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
• Ability to perform all duties independently and managerial skills are required.
• Proficient in communication with a pleasant personality.

Initially full-time under contract, but  Full-Time permanent position may become available.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive the business forward and you will also possess a flair for sales with excellent customer handling standards.
